Any road can take you there . . .

We have released the final two tour locations for De-STITCH-nation 2020 — New Zealand and India!

New Zealand is inspired from its beautiful muted-tone postcard with rosy hues accented with splashes of navy, green and gray. Making it a soft, cozy, variegated yarn with icy pastel tonal friends to match. ‘Feather,’ ‘Silvery Mist,’ and ‘Goat’s Beard’ make excellent pairings with this cool-toned colorway. The club exclusive pattern ‘All Scrunched Up’ is a quick knit – yet adorable – accessory for any level knitter.
Pattern is designed for our “Alice” DK weight, 70% superwash merino, 30% silk: 242 yards/4 oz skein: 1 skein

It wouldn’t be a tour of India without observing the glorious vistas found at the Taj Mahal. Dyed on our special limited-edition ‘Countess,’ this silk-based double-ply harkens back to the connections to the Silk Road of the region. This mulberry silk and fine merino wool blend features a luxurious colorway that blends blush and blue speckles to create a soft tone. The trio of tonal gradient friends were inspired by the reflecting pool and the relaxing feel they created. The club exclusive pattern ‘Minarets and Domes’  knits up beautifully into this slouchy hat with a simple lace panel suggesting the domes and minarets of the Taj Mahal.
Pattern is designed for our “Countess” chunky weight, 50% silk, 50% fine merino: 97 yds/3.5 oz skein: 1 skein.

2 reviews for De-STITCH-nation Yarn Kit of the Month Club

  1. Amanda Keener

I can only attest to March’s Ireland colorway and Birches Cowl pattern that came with it. It’s fabulous!! This yarn is so pretty that I am picking up another one from my local yarn shop. The pattern works up easily but has enough detail to make it look like it was complicated. I really can’t wait to see what the following months bring and will most likely have to get each and every one.

  2. Lori Cohoon (verified owner)

The yarns are beautiful, soft, and vibrant. The patterns that come along are easy enough for beginners but will also hold the attention of more experienced knitters. I tried the 3 month tour and loved every single month. So much so that I’m signing up again, this time for a 6 month tour. Happy knitting!!!
