Care Instructions

Most of our yarns are superwash wool, which means they’re designed for easier care — no felting surprises here!

  • Washing: Hand-wash gently in cool water. You can also use the delicate cycle in your machine if it’s truly gentle.
  • Soap: We recommend a small amount of mild shampoo or your favorite wool wash. A touch of hair conditioner works beautifully to keep fibers soft and silky.
  • Rinsing: Rinse in cool water, being careful not to agitate.
  • Drying: Press out excess water with a towel (no wringing or twisting). Lay flat to dry, reshaping your project as needed.
Tip: Treat your handmade pieces with the same care you’d give a favorite wool sweater or scarf — a little gentleness goes a long way!

March Hare — 100% sw merino — worsted weight — 16-20 sts = 4” — 5 oz/ 230 yds

Mary Ann — 85% sw merino, 15% nylon — fingering/sock weight — 28-30 sts = 4” — 5 oz/ 590 yds

Queen of Hearts — MCN: 80% sw merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon — fingering/sock weight — 28-30 sts = 4” — 5 oz/ 525 yds
