Welcome to the Cumberland County Fair… where the annual bake-off competition is hotter than the deep-fried Oreos. Barbara Bobble, ten-time champion winner of the Blue Ribbon Pie Plate, is aiming for her big 11th win this season. But someone is determined to out-bake this pie queen at all costs.
