Spiral Eyelet Cowl with Blossom

Use one cake of "Mad Hatter Blossoms" to make a single or double-wrap cowl with spiraling ridges and eyelets. This magical lace pattern is complicated when worked flat, but when worked in the round you only need to remember one simple row.
