Queen of the fairies, she is a force of nature who is, nevertheless, vulnerable, and strangely relatable, even human. Since, even in midsummer, the nights can be chilly, here is a set of leaf-bedecked warmth for your head and hands to remind you of Titania’s strength.
The leaf motif is worked in stockinette while the intervening stems are worked in a twisted knit. The yarn-overs give a hint of lace while the twisted rib gives it elasticity. Both the hat and mitts have a twisted rib border knit with two strands held together.
