You can easily adjust the skirt length to your likings. Or add an easy knit flower embellishment to polish it off!

Needles & Notions: US size 5/3.75mm, 16" circulars (or preferred style for working in the round) or in size required to get gauge, stitch marker, spare needle in same size as gauge needle, darning needle, three 1/2 inch buttons, needle and sewing thread for attaching buttons, size H (or similar) crochet hook, (optional) needle 1 to 2 sizes larger than gauge needle to work the bind off
Gauge: 26 sts & 34 rounds = 4"/10 cm in stockinette stitch, blocked
Measurements: size 12-18 months: chest: 21.5"/54.5 cm, from neck to bottom border: 12"/30.5 cm (with plenty of leftover yarn for additional length)
